Shipping & Returns

Shipments
We ship daily by United States Postal Service, Fed Ex, or UPS. Please provide a complete physical address as these carriers cannot deliver to a PO Box. Some items that are large or higher dollar value may need to be picked up at your United States Postal Service office (if shipment seems to be taking to long, please contact the post office before contacting us).

Alaska and Hawaii
All Alaskan and Hawaiian orders may have an increase in shipping price due to being located outside the continental United States. Contact our sales department for exact rates. Drop shipped items are not available.

Freight Shipped Items

Products to large or too heavy to be shipped by regular ground service (fenders, hoods, etc.) Must be shipped by truck freight. Your order must be pre-paid in advance including freight charges. Please include commercial business address when ordering. There may be products listed on this website which are oversized, but may not be indicated as such. To figure out if you have an oversized item in your order, please contact our customer service department for additional information.

Damage Procedures

Always inspect your merchandise carefully before the freight delivery person leaves. This provides you an opportunity to see if there is any damage so you can appropriately note it on the freight bill and receive a claim. If time constraints don't permit you to review the whole shipment right away, at the very minimum, inspect inside each box for damage and if anything appears that it could have had some rough handling, note it on the freight bill before the driver leaves. (This may be your only recourse in filing a claim for shipping damage!) Please contact Warren County Customs' customer service department for instructions on returning damaged goods.

Insurance
Each order is shipped fully insured for loss or damage of the item. It does not include the shipping cost. This fee will ensure your order and protect you from damage or loss. Always check the content of your shipment to ensure no damage has occurred before carrier leaves. If shipped by United States Postal Service is damaged, contact them for insurance procedures.

Refused shipments
All refused orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Warren County Customs LLC will consider the entire order cancelled and void with no notification to the customer. A customer will be billed 20% plus all freight charges to and from the destination.

Shipping Tracking
All customer shipments will be bar-coded and able to be tracked by either a delivery confirmation number or an insurance bill number at customer’s request.
