Form of Payment
Charge Cards
Warren County Customs LLC accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for your convenience. When placing your order be sure to indicate the card holder’s name, address, home phone number, business phone number, credit card number, expiration date, and billing address (if different from person placing order). As security code will be required for credit card purchases.

Warren County Customs LLC employs knowledgeable sales representatives to assist you in placing your order. Our sales representatives are trained to answer your questions regarding restoration and the parts listed on the website and in our catalog. Call during regular business hours: Monday – Friday 8-9 cst Saturday and Sunday 9-3 cst. Our convenient number allows you to place your order with confidence to assure you get exactly what you want when you want it.
Order On-line
Warren County Customs LLC now offers on-line ordering directly through our website. Log on to www.warrencountycustomsllc.com and order on-line. On-line ordering is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week for your convenience.
Foreign Orders
All foreign orders must be pre-paid before shipment can be sent due to various rate differences and depending on what items are being ordered your freight fees will vary. It is very important that you contact Warren County Customs LLC sales department for instructions regarding all foreign orders. Please list the items you intend to order so we may calculate the best, most efficient and inexpensive way to ship your order. A $12.00 foreign processing fee will be charged to all orders outside the United States. Customs, duties, and import fees to your country will vary and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Check with your local customs office for more information.
Shipping Information
Shipments
We ship daily by United State Postal Service. Please provide a complete physical address to where you want your order delivered. Some items that are large or higher dollar value may need to be picked up at your United States Postal Service office (if shipment seems to be taking to long, please contact the post office before contacting us).
Alaska and Hawaii
All Alaskan and Hawaiian orders may have an increase in shipping price due to being located outside the continental United States. Contact our sales department for exact rates. Drop shipped items are not available.
Drop Shipped Items
Products too large or heavy by United States Postal Service must be shipped by truck freight or by Greyhound bus line. Your order must be pre-paid in advance including freight charges. Warren County Customs LLC requires a minimum $75.00 fee plus drop ship fee for all residential deliveries. To exclude the residential fee, please include a commercial business address or UPS terminal near you when ordering for freight truck shipping. For Greyhound bus line shipping (Greyhound PackageXpress), which is the cheapest to ship truck freight items, we will need the location of the bus terminal where you want to pick up the order and your telephone number for them to contact you when the order is in.
Insurance
Each order is shipped fully insured for loss or damage of the item. Greyhound bus line shipments will be insured up to the cost of the product when available, but due to Greyhound bus line’s maximum insurance amounts this is not always possible. It does not include the shipping cost. This fee will ensure your order and protect you from damage or loss. Always check the content of your shipment to ensure no damage has occurred. Immediately notify the United State Post Service to ensure a prompt replacement of any damaged goods.
Refused shipments
All refused orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Warren County Customs LLC will consider the entire order cancelled and void with no notification to the customer. A customer will be billed 20% plus all freight charges to and from the destination.
Shipping Tracking
All customer shipments will be bar-coded and able to be tracked by either a delivery confirmation number or an insurance bill number at customer’s request.
Disclaimer
Warren County Customs LLC will not be responsible for damage or loss caused by delays, failures, or any consequential damage arising from any cause what so ever nor for the labor, transportation or any other charges incurred in the replacement or repair of a defective item. We shall not be liable for personal or mechanical damage caused by the use or misuse of any of our products. We are not responsible for typographical or printing errors.
Returns
Products may be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange at our discretion within 30 days of receipt. No returns after 30 days. To return a part for refund, exchange, or credit please contact our customer service department for a return authorization number and instructions. Warren County Customs LLC will not accept returned goods without prior authorization. Customer will pay freight on all returned orders or defective merchandise.
Important: Any items that has been altered, painted, installed, or deemed non-resalable by Warren County Customs LLC will be returned to the customer. All literature including books, manuals, diagrams, and printed materials are non-returnable due the nature of the material included. Stencil kits, electrical parts, and all special order items are non-returnable.
General Information
Sales Tax
Orders shipped outside of Iowa may be exempt from sales tax. Iowa residences are required to pay the appropriate tax sales rate.
Product Availability
Availability of all items on this website is subject to change without notice. If an item shows 0 in stock, it is either ordered or on it’s way or is an item that needs to be purchased over the phone (515-371-4782). If a part ordered is not in stock at the time you placed your order, chances are it is already on its way to us. We will contact you on these products to see if you want it shipped when available or refunded.

Pricing on this website is subject to change without notice. Due to increased costs of manufacturing materials, etc. prices can change.
Knowing your Rights and Lefts
Some items on this website are presented as right or left hand products (right side – passenger) (left side – drivers). Right hand or left hand sides are determined by sitting in the vehicle, not standing in front of the vehicle.
Color matches
Due to multiple manufacturers of products Warren County Customs LLC provides, color variations may occur. Slight color variations are common especially amongst interior products and do not constitute a defect. These products are not eligible for return for this reason.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE STORE OWNERS, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, OR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT THE COMPANY PARTIES MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
